Kawasaki Ninja 250R 2009, Toronto ON?

I recently acquired my M1 and I'm thinking about buying a Ninja 250R 2009, where would the nearest dealership be that has the bike? Also I read on some forums that there's some kinda shortage/they don't have enough...does anyone have more information on this? Also could anyone give me a few pointers as a new driver?

PS: I'm getting my M2 at the end of august and my budget is pretty limited so the Ninja seems to be the best choice.
