kawasaki ninja 250 differences between 2008 and 2009 models also how to lower...

...seat or forks? hi just wanted to know what the main differences are between the 2008 and 2009 model - all i can see is that the green colouring looks dif on the fairings. also i am only 5ft and sat on one the other day i can just tiptoe but would like to lower it more any suggestions about lowering or reducing seat height? thanks

differances are only cosmetic i think.
seat height is easy to lower...either by adjusting the preload on the rear spring or by fitting ''lowered bog bones''..
