Kawasaki Jet Ski Tune-up?

I have a 1998 1100STX pwc...how much does it cost to have a complete tune-up done. Any ideas? The ski has been sitting in my garage for 2.5 years. I have a brand new battery and drained as much of the fuel out as I could. I just figured I should put new plugs and what not before trying to fire it up. I'm not sure what else is done with a "tune-up" on a 2 stroke engine????
