G GearHeadDan New member Dec 18, 2009 #2 .005" - same for intake and exhaust But when I rebuild the 290s and 350s I usually do it by feel (done so many of em) ... A little extra don't hurt, but not enough clearance, and you'll have compression issues. You'll need a 9mm wrench for this
