Kawasaki 250r - Location - Weather?

Hello,

I'm planning to buy the 250r and I have some questions,

1) I am 5.2 feet, so is the 250r high or is it ok with my height?

2) I live in Boston and I want to know if it's a good idea to own one in Boston?

3) are there certain highways in which it is not allowed to drive motorcycles on?

4) For how long will I not drive because if the weather in Boston?

5) Is it too cold to drive in Boston? ppl keep telling me i'm crazy to think that I want to motorcycle in Boston?

Why are you buying a motorcycle? If just for fun, OK. If you are going to use it for daily transportation, buy some warm clothes.
