Kawasaki 1985 Ninja start up problems?

My ninja 600 was in a slow speed accident and I got the forks replaced. It sat for a few months during winter and didn't get winterized. It started up rough for a few mins then died and ever since I cant get it started. I cleaned out the carbs and spark plugs all have spark . It cranks but doesn't fire. I does backfire occasionally releasing white smoke which I believe is the residue seafoam and carb cleaner burning through. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
 
this may sound stupid but check for gas, make sure theirs oil and pour some gas or starting fluid in the spark plug chamber it always works for me..
