Saw this last night, not a bad film at all! and it wasnt too long either. It wasnt what i was expecting to see however and i was surprised when i watched this.

i saw this film with my hubby lastnight and really enjoyed it, i've never really been a fan of either Hayden Christensen or Jamie Bell but i thought they did really well. great film

I kinda liked it, there were great moments and kinda odd moments
Left the cinema unsure whether i actually liked it or not.
But would probably buy the dvd eventually (cheapness) and see the sequel

I'm only going to see this for Rachel Bilson, even though she's probably only in it for about 2 seconRAB! If its a half decent film, well then thats a bonus ;)

I was expecting it to be mediocre or bad, but it was better than I expected. Jamie Bell was very good. I thought the ending was a bit loose and I wasn't sure if I was expecting another 10 or 15 minutes of twists. I expected there to be more Jumpers than just two, and I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be very secret about it (like the rule of not doing wizardry in front of muggles).

I was slightly disappointed after the first few minutes when I realised that the cute teenage actor (Max Thieriot, as young David) wasn't going to be the main one - he is a bit like a cross between Rory Jennings and Alex Pettyfer :)

Just been to see it and I was HUGELY disappointed.
I really didn't care about the characters - they were arrogant and self-centred. The script was dire - cheesy, corny and repetitive.

The whole thing left me seriously unimpressed.

It was okay, nothing to major. I think I was slightly disappointed to be honest seeing as it was a Doug Liman film.

Hayden whatshisface wasn't the right choice for the lead, if you ask me. That said, Jackson and Bell made up for what he lacked. In fact, the best thing about the whole film was Jaime Bell.

Apparently the door has been left open for sequels. Judging by the comments here they'll have to be a damn sight better than this one.

Going to watch it tomorrow

I too expected more, I thought the story was very lightweight it would have been better as a TV series, it was obviously left open for a sequel. All in all a shame.
