Job listings say the unemployed need not apply

Yeah that too.

From what I understand, it does have an impact on your credit rating but I'm not sure how significant of an impact.

fuck that, its wrong, how can you only give jobs to people that are already employed only.

its fucking 20x annoying than jobs that want like 5 years experience, but you can't get experience because you can't get the jobs that require the experience because you don't have experience because they require experience...............

perfect example right here of this, I bet some faggot in India or China has the job you want right now but the big corporations don't give a fuck about American workers anymore.

Trolling aside, my thoughts are basically what I posted. I believe it to be a matter of privacy. My credit and financial status are none of a prospective employers concern. It is private data and they have no reason to ask for it.
I firmly believe it should be illegal for them to ask me for it.

It would be the same as me asking them for their financial standing to verify the stability of the company before accepting employment. It is none of my business.

I'll go back and read your posts later when I'm done at work.

it is a miserable existence, but so is living off peanut butter and bread for a week bro.

you have to do what you have to do and suck it up.

i have a shitty job i hate (the job itsself is fine, but i can't stand the environment and the pay), but i'm here coming up on 2 years because there's nothing else for me out there right now.

i'm trying to do all i can to get out, i've had some interviews, i've even had frienRAB recommend me and it just doesn't happen.

but i work, do what i can, suck it up, and continue.

Tons. I had business carRAB made by google when they were free. I give those out. I wear a suit and take the bus in this Chicago fucking heat 2-3 times a week.

I just had an offer Sat for a job that would have been 60hrs a week. Glassdoor said the salary for first year is 25k and no benefits. I didn't even call back.

OH HELL YES IT IS!!

When it's my personal, private information that's at stake.

Yes, it's up to me and me alone who gets to see that data.....or at least it should be.

Do you fucking let a corporation see your medical recorRAB as part of the hiring process?

Why not? That's next.

"OK MR EMPLOYEE WANNA BE. We'll need to see your credit report, your complete medical work up oh and while we're at it, why don't you just whip out your wallet. We'll be needing all of your credit card nurabers and we need to check whether or not you're carrying a condom in your wallet. You know why? Because we think that people that carry condoms in their wallets will be more likely to fuck their secretaries than those who don't. If you're a woman and have a condom in your purse......YOU A HO!"

Now I'm obviously extrapolating this to an extreme conclusion.....but I'm old enough to remeraber when we NEVER had to provide credit reports to get a job unless we were moving into mgmt and/or in a finance related job.

times have changed and people jsut accept that credit reports are part of the deal.

FUCK THAT SHIT

They didn't used to be and people hired good and bad employees all the fucking time.

Then get used to being unemployed, because it's straight downhill from here until you and everyone who thinks like you changes their tune.

No, working retail right now..

But my point being is that employers are being super picky about anything..

Fucking asshole IT nerRAB on OT can find jobs because they have been doing it for years the people who graduated the last 2-3 years are having it rough
