Jeep Grand Cherokee speaker wiring?

I have a 2002 Grand Cherokee with the Infinity sound system. I plan on replacing the amp and front door speakers with either coaxial or components. I'd like to try and keep the dash speakers active for a higher soundstage. Question:...Would I run into impedence issues if I parallel wire the dash speakers with the front door speakers? I would use either the crossover or a capacitor (bass blocker) depending on which door speaker setup i choose.
