Japanese Language Proficiency Test level N2 question?

Since the test has included a new level, what happens to level 4 and 2?

Do the vocabulary, kanji and grammar from the old level 2 get divided into the new N2 and N3?

I went to the website but it wasn't very clear. I would like to know how much vocab, kanji, and grammar are needed for each new level.
