Japanator's Top 50 Anime of the 2000s

FLCL underrated?

Do you seriously think that?

Only two of the big 3 are even eligible for a list of anime specifically from the 2000s (Bleach and Naruto) so you can take your happiness for One Piece not being on the list somewhere else.

It's always had recognition - Since it hit Adult Swim in the early 2000s it gained a lot of fans.

1. well underrated may not be the right word, but still It deserved the #1 spot IMPO

2. I don't have to take my happiness somewhere else, becuase its MY OPENION! Honestly if any of the big 3 had been in the top 10...I would have been dissapointed. again I think there good series (ecspecially the origional manga versions) but none are top 10 material IMPO.

3. True it has recognociton, but not enough...IMPO, compared to its big sis NGE.

You're missing my point. One Piece was never even eligible for this list. So really when you mention One Piece along with Naruto and Bleach here it just seems like you're looking for another place to express your dislike for the Big 3.

This isn't the place.

I think it got plenty of recognition.

I'll never understand why anybody ever liked it. Much less how it could actually end up #1 over so many better anime... but there are so many things wrong with this list that I can't even find a place to start.

It's fast-paced, actiony, and a good beat. It doesn't stay longer than it should, nor cut off like many adaptations (The majority of anime, since FLCL is an original work) so it hits a a rare broad demographic.

I don't like Titanic, but I can understand how it got what it deserves.

........I never said I disliked the big 3...I said I don't think any of them deserve to be on the top 10...Would I own all the Volumes of Naruto & Bleach mangas if I disliked them....NO! I just said I don't think that the Anime versions of any of the seriess are good enough to make top 10 & am glad Japantor didn't just throw one of them in there (even though 1 technically isn't eligable.)

I too disagree with some things on the list, but overall think its a decent one.

I can post those and still like anime. The guy himself likes anime. He just doesn't like it when Otaku's say anime is supperior.

Back to the point, I love anime, but not the hardcore stuff. Death Note is as far as I will go, and that is still pretty hardcore.
