what you need is a 1 farad capacitor. The two amps will draw power from the capacitor (which is kind of like a battery) instead of the car battery saving all your fuses and wires from possibly melting which does happen when the amp draaws too much current. Oh yeah the 1 farad will be good enough but the bigger the better.
