Is Wednesday the worst TV night?

I've got a full night of TV. Actually got too much to watch and with have to catch up.

Live Darts upto 11pm
Commenwealth Games review at 7pm
Live football to flick over to
Food show on C4 at 8
Man V Food at 9pm
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives at 10pm
Ramsays Best Restaurant at 11:10pm

and that's without films or dipping in to repeats such as HIGNFY, MtW, South Park, Top Gear and American Dad

Still have Comedy RoaRABhow and Ask Rhod Gilbert to catch up on
and Harry & Paul - but i'm not sure about bothering with that

Channel5 - 22:00 - 0:00 Law & Order: Criminal Intent, followed by Law & Order.
Channel One - 21:00 - 23:00 2x Criminal MinRAB (series 4)
Five USA - 22:00 Dark Blue

Perfectly fine for me.

Favourite night of the week:

Professional Masterchef
The Apprentice
Mad Men (best show on TV - IMO of course)

Watching Mad Men on BBC4 means I can't see Your Fired on BBC2 after the Apprentice, will have to go to I-Player.

It's really interesting seeing everybody's different tastes.

i def agree

however waterloo road is on atm, and so the apprentice starts tonight.

if they were not on, i wouldnt be watching an tv on wednesdays

Last night Waterloo Road is the best thing about Wednesday nights

However, normally there is live footie on so most of the night is taken up hovering between that (if it is Chelsea) and my Sky+ recordings. I tend to catch up with Casualty and Holby on a Wednesday!

I found the apprentice to watch last night and then your fired on bbc2. And also ugly Betty.

But my missis is always complaining wednesdays are always weak for the tele.

Basically there are no soaps lol

Ugly Betty(last series) on E4. Okay I accept it was a bit of a one season wonder, but still it has a certain quirky charm.

Dark Blue(on Five USA) - a different sort of cop show based on undercover work.

Mad Men(on BBC Four) - a brillant US import. Watch this before Uncle Rupert nabs the next series.

Burn Notice(on FX)a brillant sort of detective/spy series. Sort of MacGyver like.

If you're talking US shows, then it's definately disappointing.

Just defavouritised the following shows: Undercovers + The Defenders + The Whole Truth + Law and Order LA.

all for being a big bunch of meh.
