It used to be, but The Apprentice is back tonight to see me through the cold, dark evenings.

I'm not sure when Wednesday became the worst night for TV though. It used to be Tuesdays for me.

It's the best in my opinion - pretty much every show I follow is on.

Desperate Housewives has always been shown on Wednesday (not sure what day the new series is due to start though)

Plus it's the first night to watch the latest Glee episode at US pace.

The Apprentice starts tonight at 9pm on BBC1 so I shall be glued to my screen plus, of course, 'The Apprentice, You're Fired' follows that on BBC2 at 10pm.

Prior to that I shall be watching Professional Masterchef on BBC2 at 8pm.

For me, these two programmes will be a good night's viewing.

Wednesday's haven't been the same since Corrie was moved from it's traditional 7:30 slot, to Thursdays at 8:30!

I don't tend to watch tv on a Wednesday anymore, or a Saturday or even Sundays either now! The weekend used to be my favourite time watching tv aswell.

But good old Virgin + will see me through as i have a couple of things recorded to the fill in the boringness

Tonight i'm down to 2 & a half Men repeats on VIVA.
