Is this the only way to get ringtones?

I bought a phone from Telus, and under the option get new ring tones and wallpaper, it brings me to a Telusapps store. Is this the ONLY way or place I can get ring tones for my phone? I'm asking because it doesn't have the tune I want. Sorry I'm a cell newbie, thanks to those who help^^
