Is this discrimination or being too personal?

Get to the Chase.
I was Speaking with one of the Managers and she told me that
People (Employees) been asking her " What are my Abilities " ? I was like what!?
I have an anxiety disorder and other things too but what should i do? I mean i feel like im not
wanted at work. Advice anyone?
