Is this bad for my amp?

I'm planning on redoing the ground wire because of this, but is it bad for my amp if the ground wire comes off a little and causes the amp to shut off, it's not coming out of my amp, it's where it's mounted it must come loose or somthing, but is this like bad for the amp if it shuts off then turns back on when i hit a bump or something?
