Is this a good road bike Kawasaki GPX 250?

I have a Kawasaki GPX 250 ready for me to buy on Wednesday and i was wondering if that is a good and reliable bike for my Learners License?. Ive heard that it looks good, sounds good and goes good. Is there anyone that has this exact motorbike that could help me?
