Is this a good price for a Kicker setup? ?

I am looking at a system that inlcudes 2 12" Kicker L5's 2ohm in a factory Kicker enclosure and a Kicker ZX 1000.1 amp. The guy wants $500.00 for all of it. Is this a good price and what kind of rms wattage can I get from this setup.
 
that is a dang good price for all of it! that guy could easily get 750 bucks out of it.
