yes, it is called a power converter. they come in different wattages depending on what you are wanting to power. a 400 watt converter is about $30-$40. that will run a laptop, game console, a small TV, ect. it can be wired directly to your battery or you can use the cigarette lighter adapter and plug it in. you can find them at wal-mart or your local auto parts store
