I am 30 weeks preggers and my birthing coach's this time around are my 16 & 15 yr daughters. We live along way from town so I was looking for videos and online information for them to study for when the time comes. I would prefer something that is free (its my 6th child). Also, there is a reasonable chance that I wont make it to a hospital due to distance and a history of quick labors so it would be in the best interests of us all if the kids had a least some idea on how to deliver a baby in an emergency, cords around necks etc. I know what needs to be done but I may not be in a position to give much help. If anyone else has been in this situation your advice and experience would be very welcome. I plan to have birthing equipment siccors, clamps at home.
Is there any online class or videos for help my birthing coach's? The are my daughters.?
