Is there a way to use more than one MIDI controller in FL studio?

I want to use FL Studio as the engine for a live project. Have three controllers plugged into it and just play along. As far as I've known, I've only had to plug in my controller (single) and choose a channel to play with. The only problem is that only the lit channel will play.
So... can I use multiple controllers with FL Studio?
