Is there a way to run an aux audio cable (for my ipod) from the factory head

unit of an Isuzu i-280? ? I live in an area where there is too much interference for one of those FM transmitters, but I want to be a ble to use my ipod in the truck. I don't want to puchase a new stereo though, can anyone help??
