is there a diffrence between the 05 and the 07 or latest model of kicker cvr sound

wise if get them brand new? because sonic electronix has the 05 model

for 89 bucks and the latest model

is 150 both are brand new so if its the same thing sound wise and everything except looks might as well go for the 05 right ? any ones help would work..thanks
