Is there a automatic transmission for the kawasaki ninja 250r?

I don't believe any Ninja had an automatic and the only motorcycles I know of mass produced with automatic were the 1976-1983 Hondamatics That were offered in 400, 450, and 750(depending on year).

At the risk of incurring the derision of every other answerer, you should try a big scooter, if you need an automatic. I'm talking about, like, 500cc and up, or even the Vespa 300GTS. Eg, if you're in the US, Piaggio BV500, Kymco X-citing, Yamaha T-max. The Genuine Stella can get all sorts of mods to make it a balls-out racer.

Does it have to be a sportbike you want? What about a Ridley?

But if you're simply scared to learn to shift, you'll just have to bite the bullet and learn.

Edit: sorry, the Stella is a manual.
