Is rockford fosgate a good brand of car audio?

They are very good brand been around for awhile and they have good amplifier and subwoofer.
Rockford is good but it depends on what you like. you can compare it with other brands to see what you want. find out the pros and cons and whatnot. like for instance, rockford is very good at making great sound quality subs that produce nice accurate bass, but sometimes they can be a little bit pricey. take another brand, im just going to use memphis because i know it back and forth because i work with it. memphis has a little less sound quality, not horrible but less than a rockford, but their subs tend to be a little cheaper but louder than a rockford sub. im making this comparison on a rockford p2 and a memphis pr,both 500w peak subs. the memphis pr is roughly $50 cheaper and has a higher efficiency rating meaning in theory it will be louder, but the rockford will have a little bit higher sound quality. so really its about personal preference and sometimes just paying for the name.
