Is Orion's Belt a planet?

You know, in the book A Wrinkle in Time, Mrs Whatsit brings the kids to Orion's Belt or something to see The Happy Medium(correct me if I'm wrong). Did they go to Orion's Belt or one of the stars?
 
Orion's Belt is the name given to the 3 stars that appear in a straight line in the constellation Orion.
If you look at the constellation, it looks a little like a man with raised arms and the 3 stars are where his belt would be.

The planet was not named, and was around one of the stars (also not specifically identified) in Orion's Belt.
