Is Kawasaki Ninja 250 too small?

I'm 5'3 and 115 lbs. I was wondering if a Kawasaki Ninja 250 was too small for me or not enough power. I've ridden dirt bikes before and know how to ride a clutch so I have some experience. I was thinking a 600 would be good (fyi, I'm interested in Ninjas)
When I said too small I meant power wise
 
I used to own one actually that was my first bike i'm not going to lie it's a good bike especially if it's ur first one I own a 09 cbr 600 now if u just jump on a 600 or especially a 750 or higher u probably won't be able to handle it ( no offense but considering ur height and size both of ur feet probably won't be able to touch the ground at the same time I'm 5'8 and mine barely touch the ground together on a 1000) trust me dirt bikes and street bikes are a totally different game but yeah they get extremely good gas mileage and just enough power to be ur first bike and u can easily turn it around since it's so light
 
The ninja 250 is not gonna break any speed records, but it is a great lil machine. I have one that I use as a second motorcycle, for the times I don't want to lug my cruiser around mountain roads. I love mine and have loved them for the better part of 10 plus years that I have owned them.
