Is it true that Star Wars is discrimination against black people?

I heard, storm troopers are wears white uniform, that shows they are caucasian, and Darth is vader is black, which tells black people are more evil. It is like white is good hero, and black is evil.

I am not sure about this is this true?
Also is chess racist? The colors are black against white. White goes first?
