I'm struggling to get into HR with an AA and no HR experience. I'm in a BS program for HR and a VERY hard worker, quick learner, and dedicated. Yet every HR job I apply for I do not meet the requirements for education or experience and therefore get no call-backs. I'm getting frustrated and just want to find a company that will give me a chance to prove myself. Please, any help is greatly appreciated!
