It's typical for NGOs workers to work 24/7? My bosses seem to work 24/7 because they travel around the world. But, for some local staff like me-shall I work 24/7 too?
Last night, my boss called me at 10 PM asked to do something. Then, he asked me what time is it in my country? Then, at mid night, the other boss called from Europe, asking me to do something for him tomorrow. I was like...OMG!
