Is it alright to drink at least 2 cups of water after exercise?

Hi, I've heard some people say that you had to drink water before exercise(which i do) but after my exercise i get so thirsty, so i drank atleast 2 cups of water slowly after exercise, would that take affect on the workout i just did? any effect on the body? Any HELP?!

How is drinking water going to affect your workout??
Your suppoesed to drink water to stay hydrated that way you dont crash.
 
No negative affect as long as you do not over drink or drink to fast. It will hurt you more if you do not rehydrate your body after exercises.
