Is Castform a good pokemon to train in emerald?

i have a lileep 36, blaziken 44, altaria 41, gyarados 36, graveler 34, and a swellow 38. I wanna train something that has a wide range of attacks so i can have all my bases covered, and castform can learn any move type basically. so i was gonna put swellow in retirement and bring in castform, Is that worth it? I just beat the 7th gym btw
