My twin sister was recently fired because her employer found out from someone that she has a felony pending on her criminal background.. I was fired also & when she asked why , they said it was because im her sister & "we cant have people like you guys" working here" even though i didnt do anything . Is this illegal firing?
Is being fired because your sister got fired illegal or discrimination?
