is a kx 1200.1 amp good enough for 2 kicker L7 12's 750rms a piece at 2 ohms?

Was told my a local kicker dealer this would provide enough power without frying the amp or the subs after a period of time.. does anyone have any other recommendations on good amps for this setup for a 2006 altima 3.5se for a low cost 200-300

yes you should be finee
kicker subs are known power hungry, but they can still sound good with a smaller amp. And with that kx1200.1, you would only be a total of 300rms off, which isnt bad, because you can turn your gains up on the amp a little bit

in my opinion tho, i have the Rockford Rosgate T-1000-1bd, and im sure it would be exactly what you need to power those. because i have two 15" P3's and the amp can STILL power more than that....at least another 12".
Rockford amps are underrated and provide more power than they are really rated at. Which means although it is a 1000 watt amp, i actually get close to 1500 watts out of it. It even says on the birthsheet it came with.
And 1500 watts is exactly what you need.

Hope this helps

Yes, if wired parallel. Although it won't hit at the full potential since the rms of the subs is a total of 300 watts more, but that's good in a sense, since L7's are known to blow easy (I heard it from multiple sources, but it's just hearsay and personal experience with them). Just wire it parallel for best results.
