Is a hard disk going to work on a car audio system with USB?

Is my external Western Digital hard disk(320GB) will work on this exact car audio system? --> http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/In-Dash/CD-Players/DEH-2200UB
I have a USB and if I put a lot of songs on my hard disk is this system going to be able to play them if they are in MP3 and WMA format or not?
And if this one won't work, tell me which one would work for sure!

I don't think a traditional hard disk would work for that, you could need to power it, USB does carry power but not much. Also in a car it gets a little bumpy and that's not good for a hard drive. Consider a USB flash drive.
