Is a 650 kawasaki ninja better than a 250 kawasaki ninja?

I mean with insurance and miles per gallon ...? what are the pros and cons of both? thanks =D
 
The 650 will cost more to run, more insurance and if your a learner you can't ride it cause its to powerful, the only things that are better is that it will be a lot faster and the engine will last longer because it doesn't have to work as hard as the smaller 250cc.
 
Well in my opinion since I have a cbr 600rr. The 650 Ninja is better. The only Downside is the insurance will be a bit higher but not by much. As of gas mileage the 650 will get around 60-65 mpg and the 250 will only get 70-75 so overall id go with the 650. The 250 is so close to being a moped and doesn't have enough power to get out of its own way. Thats my opinion. Go to progressive and get a quote on the 650 and also the 250 to see the exact difference. Gas mileage is pretty good either way.
 
The kawasaki 250 beats teh 650 with mpg, but for insurance its the same i believe sine they are 2 cylndars up to the 1000 or somethin like that. 250 is up to 75 mpg i believe, is quick, the 08's are nice but never in stock and waiting time is about a year, i would go with the 650. it will last you ALOT longer than a 250, and the mpg is still very good at an average 47mpg. still better than most cars
