This is how i did it.

Downgrade your iphone to 3.1.3 with saved shsh Blobs.
Activate with original simcard
Jailbreak with SPIRIT
Unlock with ultrasn0w.
Go to CYDIA/manage/sources/add and add this( repo.woowiz.net )
press add.Go back to CYDIA and search (Spirit2Pwn).
After that i use this custom firmware

You did activate it by using orig carrier sim/ sim activator.

After activating it then you can unlock it using this no wifi procedure..
