Seems like this guy got excited by simply update to 4.0 then phone was activated automatically and he ran unlock no wifi then he tested and got signal...when in fact the phone already had signal after updating to 4.0...FACTORY UNLOCKED 1000%...just got many people to read the post and excited then disappointed....wast of time..including me readin and posting this reply...hehehehe..
