iPhone 3gs Ringtones, Please only serious answers!!?

I cannot seem to put more than one ringtone on my iPhone for some reason. When I try to it either erases the first one or iTunes tells me the file cannot be found and I know it's there for a fact. I am using Windows Vista and my phone is only 2 days old. Also before anyone tells me to check every other site, I have. That is why I am here. I have watched multiple videos and read multiple forums, boards, and walkthroughs yet it does not seem to be working for me and I do not know why. If someone could please explain what I'm doing wrong, or failing to do that would be great!

Sync iPhone, go to Ringtone tab and check the checkbox Sync Ringtones.

Then select the button "All Ringtones"

Apply and then sync.


After you are done, you will find the ringtones in settings.

If it doesnt work. Then the question is where did your get ringtones from. Did you make it yourself or did you you buy from iTunes.?
