"InuYasha: The Final Act" Talkback (Spoilers)

I don't remeraber Do As Infinity being this awesome with the guitars flying everywhere. God things can change in a couple of years.

I haven't had a chance to view the episode yet but I should be able to early next week, Mon/Tues. most likely.

Maybe you should actually click on the link first or read the previous page. If you click on the link it takes you to Inuyasha - The Final Act's link page at Hulu.com. Also, if you read the previous page, it says they updated the first page with the correct link to Inuyasha - The Final Act and not Inuyasha.

This episode sure was trippy. Naraku makes some spiderwebs that make Inuyasha, Kagome, and Kikyo see all kinRAB of illusions. Throughout the episode, there was at least one time when I wasn't sure what was real and what was an illusion. It's no wonder I couldn't figure out what the episode was going to be about from the last episode preview. This preview was much clearer in what the next episode is going to be about...

That's more like it. I just watched it, and I can now say I have one reason to be happy that summer is over. Even though everything else about that fact depresses me, being able to watch new episodes of InuYasha at a fast pace makes it so much better. So much happened, and I can't wait for next time.

The new news displeases me... I had come to look forward to watching this and a couple of previous eps as well late/early Sunday morning/day. Oh well, I guess I will have to wait until next Sunday to keep that routine going.

Jesus that went fast. That's not exactly a complaint or a compliment, by the way. Considering how slow and fillerific the last series (and many manga adaptions) was, it's kind of a good thing that it's so fast and snappy, but it felt like we were just BLAZING through stuff without even a breather.

Well, I still enjoyed it, but I need to brush up on what was happening prior because some of the stuff went over my head.

Well, looks like shonensunday.com is indeed using Hulu.com's feed, meaning that there is no way to legally view the episode in Canada.

The worst part is that knowing Viz, they're probably oblivious to the fact that a large portion of their domestic audience is cut off from the streams.

Oh well I guess I can enjoy a double header of InuYasha and Fairy Tale on Mondays, plus animondays. But that mean Saturday is dead for me with no new Bleach anymore and now no new InuYasha.

I wonder what the reason for the switch to Mondays is. All I saw was that it was happening, but no reason.

In other news...I was surprised to see a new ending theme for episode 10. I was expecting the switch with the start of the next coul in January. "Diamond" by alan (originally from Tibet, released some indies stuff in China and got discovered and signed to a contract with Avex. I believe that she was paired with Hamasaki Ayumi's old production team). I enjoy her music, so I'm happy to see that she's doing the new ending theme. I wonder...will we get a second opening theme before the show is up? I'm sure we'll get one more ending theme.

I've been the enjoying the show a lot lately. I felt the Kikyo death episodes were well done. I really felt for her in the end.

It's been such a long time since I read the manga that I really don't remeraber much of what happens until the end. I remeraber this Kanna battle,
Inuyasha getting Meidoh Zangetsuha from Sesshoumaru
and the final battle.

I take it you're not familiar with Texas roadways?

And as far as VIZ/Hulu/whoevers' performance went today, maybe some of us - or just I - simply viewed a few too many commercials clicking on a link that was supposed to take us to the new episode. A simple message stating that it wasn't yet available, would have been much better.

Wow, I was too. I really fell in love with the first one and thought about posting a question asking if they would stick to it throughout or not, but didn't want to jinx it.

The last couple of episodes were great. I loved Kikyo's ending and having an entire episode dedicated to Sesshomaru's group. I had been really looking forward to seeing Sesshomaru's mother animated. I like the first ending theme more but I will probably get used to the second ending after a few episodes.

Too bad about the delayed streaming but at least it's better than waiting a week or a year for the dubs.

Wow, that episode felt really rushed at some parts. But overall it was better than having to sit through fillers.

Is it just me, or is this series a lot more bloody than the first series? Watching it made me feel as though they tried to put in as much blood as they could.

Yeah, best episode of Inuyasha in a looong time. Heck, I'm not sure I've ever complimented Inuyasha the anime before...

As far as the opening goes, do love me some DoA. That song is so awesome. Can't wait for the single.

Man I can't wait for the ending to be animated. D:

Also, to the above poster, but did you watch it through Adult Swim first through the first series? Or did you watch the japanese then as well? It's not edited here.

The only thing I've done in the past week to my computer is to reboot it, yet, I'm suddenly being told I need to install Flash 10. No matter how many times I try or clear my cache, it still says I need to install the stinking thing. I've been watching this show on Hulu since it premeired, on a weekly basis, so they've either made a big change of some kind or it's on my end, and if it's on my end, I'm stuck figuring out where it is.

I'm using XP and Firefox and other than CC not always working on their end, I've had no problems such as this.
