Installing Car Audio System....How?

Hi, I want to install a car audio system. I want to install 2 12" 1200watt subs with a 1200watt amp on each of the subs. I also want to Install a set of 500watt 6x9's. My question is how do I power both amps and do I have to split the rca and remote cable from my head unit? Secondly do I have to connect the 6x9's to the amps and how to do it because it's a powerful amp. If not then I would like to install a third 500watt amp to power the 6x9's? Is it possible to have 3 amps and do I need something like a capacitor? Please help me.
 
First off you do not have a need to use 2 amps for subs, you can get a quality 2400 watt rms amp that is cea-2006 compliant for less than $350. Another thing, do not ever look at the peak, or max power on this stuff, since that means absolutely nothing. Only refer to the RMS ratting, that is telling you what the gear will be able to take all day every day. As for a capacitor, you do not need that at all, unless your entering into DB Drag events. Other wise, the Big 3 upgrade, and possible alternator upgrade to an HO alt. So just pick up 1 mono block amp that will have enough power to push both subs, and a 2 channel for the 6X9's. The other thing is what brand of subs and 6X9's are they?
Lara go learn what your talking about before you give any advice on anything, learn what a cap is and what it does before you advise anyone to get one. I am running 2400 watts RMS in my car with no cap, big 3 upgrade and a yellow top is all. NO CAP IS REALLY EVER NEEDED!!
 
WOW ! That is a setup there and i beleive it would be a good idea for a cap or two at 5 farad or larger and a seperate amp for the 6x9"s. make sure your head unit has sub output for your sub amps and then run the rear outputs to the 6x9's and yes it is possible for three four five twenty amp's to be ran in a vehicle.
