installing amp in Infiniti g20 factory headunit?

i want to install my amp into my 2001 infiniti g20 but, i want to keep the factory headunit. my amp has speaker wire inputs so i heard you can just run wire from the back speakers to the speaker wire inputs and i will be the same as rca wires. my car has the bose system and it has a amp connected to the back speakers and i was wondering if i connect the wire before or after the amp? Also i was wondering if this will affect how my back speakers sound?
 
Splice the connection before the amp. Other opiton you can use a High level to RCA conversion before the amp and connect that way, This is would work better.
 
I had this issue in a Nissan 350z. We got so frustrated with the "Bose sound system" we simply re-ran all the speaker lines separately to each. It's a big job but the results are far better.
