one set of rca cables should go to the 4 chan amp the other rca pair should go to the mtx, if only one pair of rca's comes from the deck you need to use Y connectors at the end.
if you have no rca connectors on the deck you need to specify.
you need to power the mtx sub the same way as the amp, power ground and turn on wire,
a fused (at the battery) 4 or 6 gauge cable running from the battery to the amp -n- sub, and a fuse distribution block as close as possible to the amp @ powered sub with as short of a ground as possible.
