Inside car amp setting?

I got : JL Aduio TR in the back and VR with tweeter and crossover in the front with a MA audio 300xe amp 2 channel to push the VR with the tweeter.and i got KW-NX700 JVC in-dash/gps in the deck. My gain on my amp is all the way up but when i turn the volume at like 20 i feel alot of bass but i want to hear loud clear highs where people could hear me cause i know them jl's could push highs. or maybe i dont have enough power on amp.....ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO SET AMP WHERE LESS BASS AND MORE HIGHS SO YOU COULD HEAR FAR AWAY. note: i DONT HAVE SUBS. just inside the car.


I didnt install Sounds Unlimited INstalled they do good work
