Inbetweeners Series 3 Discussion

I think they stolen that from Family Guy.:D

Loved the last episode.
I think the series was pretty good. I will buy it. (i have the others already)

The only time i think they went too far in total not realistic silliness was when Simon was was "punishing" his penis.
Plus is it really possible that a teenager would not get it up just because he masturbated before?:D

I can't see a uni series working, mainly because it wouldn't quite work with the premise of the show. The whole point is that they're Inbetweeners: they don't quite fit in with any of the social groups and are kind of the runt of the year. But at uni people don't have that problem as much. My mates and I were the equivalent "unpopular" group in the Inbetweeners mould, but we've all done pretty well at uni, seeing as there's as bigger selection of people and it isn't a social hierarchy. You can easily imagine Will finding a bunch of clever people, Jay finding a bunch of tw*ts, Simon finding some people who actually give him decent advice on sex. The series is so relatable because everyone has cringeworthy teen years, but most people only have good memories of uni so for them to carry on being social retarRAB would just be depressing.

Besides, uni's all about meeting new people rather than sticking with the same three.

I thought it was great. The squirell blates wasn't real lol!. The only bit that could be deemed offensive was the Downs Syndrome joke but even that wasn't bad. Loved the daffodils bits!.

I doubt they would want to take that turn, I think it's just he can be such a horrible little sh!t, constantly messing things up for his frienRAB and being very narcissistic. This was perhaps an explanation as to why he is like he is and you do feel sympathy for him.

Especially having his

I liked the episode and thought it was as funny as ever really, although I have to admit the squirrel and dog parts seemed quite out of place - the idea of putting a healthy pet down for no reason is just sad and horrible tbh!

This episode has interestingly completely split people. Some people saying the worst ever, others saying one of the best.

I think it felt a little different to normal inbetweeners. The squirrel thing wasn't normal inbetweeners comedy for example.

I'm with the 'weak' camp. Like some have been saying, I think the lack of other students or characters in general limit the central characters a bit. They've only got each other to bounce off rather than more 'normal' people.

Series 3 was on par with the other 2 series for belly laughs. People build up an expectation of what they want and soon as they hear someone say "that wasn't as good blah blah" then it confirms their doubts. Great show, great ending and the film won't be rubbish.

This. Why all take it so seriously!? It was the best thing on TV last night (if not all week).

Lmao at when Neil goes 'im just gonna go sh*t out a poo' :D
