With marriage: 22-24 years old usually but depends if you wanna get married at age 18. in that case around 18-24 years. I know others will differently, but this a good thing in our culture. (ie virtually no STD's in our community or teen pregnancies)

Barely anyone in my community has sex before marriage.

We never know when a girl in my culture loses her virginity, nobody finds out.. But about 80% save themselves for marriage. As for the guys, the sooner the better. Some 15 others 16, some maybe not till 19.. Armenian American..
 
I live in the United States, Indiana.

We see a spike at the age of 16 for boys and girls, which is the legal driving age. Once kids are able to drive away from their parents, they start having sex. There's another spike once they turn 18. Get away from the parents and off to college where sex seems more prevalent.

If kids around here are still virgins by the time they turn 19, there's a very good chance they'll remain virgins until marriage.

But sometimes I am very surprised and it will be "I am waiting for marriage". Even if she's lying at least she knows what is right and that is a step in the right direction.
 
anywhere from 12-40. It' sad that 12-17 year olds are out there having sex and getting pregnant outside of marriage. I blame the parents.
 
Back home it would be 15-16, but the ones who live abroad tend to wait a little longer. I'd say around 18-20. Most of us (East African, Muslim) are expected to wait until marriage but as we all know, that almost next to impossible sometimes.
