In case those open minded peoples are trying to convence other peoples to follow them?
To give u an example
Cutting of some ones hand out of hate is a sin or Haram.
But cutting off the same hand by amputation to save a life as in when infection sets in can not be declared a sin.
Common sense has taken a back seat with such rigid and ridiculous mind.
I think peoples argue for the complete islam by practicing this phrase "Common sense has taken a back seat with such rigid and ridiculous mind ".They are selecting their life style from islam and from out side islam (in such ratio which their experience permit) by using this concept of argumentaion of practical life and culture ,logic and science(inspited by the unknown theory of human race).

My qustion is If their arguments are true for all normal human. In the light of islam how you can justify them?Explain

basically you answered your own question. to save a life. almost anything is permitted. and the rest you're just not making enough sense.

You're allowed to do those things to save a life, obviously. I think it'd be okay if you lost an arm rather than were dead. (Astaghfurallah)
