im six foot 3 can i fit into a kawasaki 250cc ninja r?

i heard that the bike is for mainly short riders. also can i get a kawasaki 250cc ninja r for my first motorbike? and im in uk when can i start riding the bike?

I think that you are going to be very uncomfortable on it. I recently rode one and I'm 5' 6", and I felt crunched up on it. It is a good bike to start on, but I think you will need something a little bigger, maybe an SV650, or something along those lines.
