...kicker.? Will my coach let me just play those positions, or will he make me play more?
Also if your the punter or kicker do you still have to do hitting drills with your team?
 
Usually the punter and or kicker also has an offensive and defensive position, you might not play those positions in a game but you will still do drills in practice. then sometimes you will do your own punting and kicking drills but yeah you will most likely have to do hitting drills too.
Our punter who also played kicker played those 2 positions in actual games but in practice he played reciever and safety, sometimes he would go and work on his punting and kicking drills, but a lot of times he had to participate in the WR and DB drills, and yeah he had to do hitting drills too.
